Obituary of Heather Marion McAulay

Passed away peacefully at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, Collingwood on Friday, March 15, 2024, at the age of 44.

Loving mother of Gillian McAulay-MacKenzie (Brandon Kuntz) and their son Jaxon. Dear daughter of Marion and the late Jack McAulay (2023). Cherished sister of Erin (Scott) and Michael (Bethany).  Forever remembered by her childhood friend and best friend from the age of 7 years old, Sandra Lackenbauer; and her two other best friends, Sarah Whearty & Mel McShane.  Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.

Heather enjoyed her work as a PSW, working with seniors.  Her love for the outdoors was great, she enjoyed long walks with family and her many furry friends.  She had a deep love for music and could often be found immersed in melodies, finding joy and solace in the rhythm of various soundtracks. Heather will be missed by many, especially her contagious laugh and “punny” sense of humour.

At Heather’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
