Obituary of Berniece Mae Eunson

Passed away peacefully to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at the age of 98.

Beloved mother of Lynda Sklar of Kitchener, William (Vicki) of Whistler, BC., James of Cranbrook B.C., and Luanne (Terry) Gower of Camlachie. Dear grandmother of Jason (Carolyn) Sklar, Joshua (Anna) Sklar, Jeremy (Erin) Gower, Sara (Luke) Ryan, Jennifer (Dave) Thompson, Rory (Katherine) Eunson, Jill Eunson, and Casey (Jessica) Eunson. Great-grandmother of Josiah, Jacob, Elijah, Adele, Kieran, Presley, Evelyn, and Taylor. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years, William Eunson.

Berniece and Bill operated Mansion Grocery together for over 30 years. She was a longtime member of Faith Evangelical Missionary Church, where she served faithfully in the kitchen ministry for many years. Everyone liked and appreciated her baked goods. Berniece also enjoyed gardening. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm. The Funeral Service will begin in the funeral home’s chapel at 1:00 pm, with a Reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
