Dear Norma and Jeff,
We don't know if you will remember us but Judie used to work with Norma and we attended your wedding approximately 50+ years ago. Our daughter is soon to be 52 and our son, 50. We wish to send sincere condolences to you and your family. We used to live in Lakeshore Village and Mr. and Mrs. Frede lived on Glen Manor Drive, we believe. We used to walk on that lovely street. This is going back a long way and we are challenging our brains to remember the correct details. We now live in Listowel, after selling our home in Lakeshore Village, 3 years ago.
Live goes on but you have the lovely memories to cherish of those who departed before you.
We wish you all the best.

Dear Beulah, Kathy, Jeff and families,
We were sad that we could not attend Len’s funeral in person, as we are out of the country.
Len was a kind and gentle man who was very welcoming to all who attended First Baptist. He clearly demonstrated his gifts of hospitality and servanthood in the many years when our lives overlapped there.
We were so glad we could have a chance for a final visit with him at Hospice Waterloo Region.
Our sincere sympathy to you all.

Dear Beulah, Kathy, Jeff and family, please accept our condolences on the passing of your beloved husband and precious Father. When we first started attending First Baptist Church (40 years ago), Len and Beulah were among the first ones to welcome us. Both Len and Beulah were kind and welcomed us with such warmth and love as if we were family. Yes, indeed we were family in Christ.
Last year they moved to University Gates in Retirement where I work. I called them my ‘Angels’ they continued to be very compassionate and loving. We embraced every time we saw each other.
Len, we are looking forward to meeting you in Heaven!
With all our love and respect, Stella & John Ruza

Uncle Len was a wonderful uncle. His nieces and nephews were always greeted with a huge hug and warm smile. He loved his extended family and enjoyed seeing them and catching up on life. Uncle Len made you feel like you were so very important, because to him you were. I am so very thankful that he was a significant part of my life, growing up. The love, encouragement and support he shared had such a postive impact in my life. Thank you, Uncle Len, for all the hugs and warm memories.
Until we meet again in heaven,
Valerie

Together with Beulah, Len was among the great neighbours on our Crescent. Always interested in us and our kids and grandkids. Always up for a little chat when we passed each other walking. Or in earlier days he’d be riding his bike to and from church. Salt of the earth. He is missed on the Crescent and our hearts go out to you Beulah and the rest of your family. Trusting that God’s goodness and mercy never come to an end; they are new every morning, even now.
Peace and Love, Bob, Nancy, Jana, Sara, William and Hannah, three generations.

So sorry to hear of Leonhard's passing.
Ken worked evenings part-time with Leonhard at Dotzert Glove Company in St. Jacobs. He enjoyed this time spent with Leonhard sharing stories and talking glove cutting.
About 6 months ago they had a chance to catch up when Ken's sister was in the room beside Leonhard at Hospice Waterloo. He really appreciated this opportunity to reconnect. God's hand at work.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. May his memory be a blessing. RIP

I will never forget how Leonhard would ask about my husband Bill when we lived on the same floor and Bill had dementia.
Bill's parents came from Poland too!

Dearest Kathy and family, you must be experiencing not only a lot of pain, but also concern for your dear Mom. Sometimes, it is very hard to understand, the reasons why God allows things that happen in our lives. And I guess we will never understand in this side of heaven. But we believe that now your dear Dad is not only pain free, but he is looking out for his dearest wife and the rest of the family, just by Jesus side. 1 Thessalonians 4.13-18
Sending a big hug Kathy, praying for strength and joy in your heart.
God bless you always.
