Obituary of Inez Voll

Inez Voll (nee Jacobs) (Fetter)

Passed away peacefully on July 8th, 2024 at the Village of Winston Park LTC in her 95th year.

Inez was born on June 14, 1930 in the Township of Mornington, Ontario.

Daughter of the late Oscar Jacobs and Margaret (Doerr). Beloved wife of the late Roy Fetter (1961), and Arnold Voll (2015).

Loving mother of Darlene Koebel (Rick), Ron Voll (Linda Ritz), Brenda George (Luke), and Doug Voll (Heather).

Fondly remembered for her love of teddy bears by her cherished grandchildren Keith George (Tracy), Karen George, Ricky Koebel (Dana), Jennifer Hofstetter (Brandon), Adam Voll (Christina), Samuel Voll, Joshua Voll, and step grandchildren Owen Hogg (Olivia), Kara Hogg, Tim Belrose (Lana), and Chris Belrose (Tracey).

Great grandmother to Landon, Alisha, and Lauren Krysko, Ellen and Eliza George, Cheyenne and Maiya Hofstetter, Jaxon and Tripp Koebel, Liam and Madelyn Voll, and Connor, Brandon, Ava and Levi Belrose.

Inez was the last surviving member of her family. She will be missed by her sister in law Dorothy Jacobs. Predeceased by her siblings Gordon Jacobs (Joey), Maurice Jacobs (Florence), Florence Sebert (John), Eileen Wilhelm (Ralph), Bernel Jacobs, Violet Cook (Norm),  and Hazel McNab (Bill). She is also predeceased by many brothers and sisters in law from the Fetter and Voll families.

Inez was lovingly referred to as “Mom” while she worked the night shift at Tim Hortons for 26 years, and would still make it home to see the kids off to school in the morning.

A special thank you to all the staff at Village of Winston Park LTC for all of their care and compassion.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, July 12th from 6 – 8pm and on Saturday July 13th from 10-11am.  The funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home at 11am followed by a reception in the Fireside Reception Room. 

Interment will follow at Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, condolences for the family and donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Redeemer Lutheran Church may be arranged through the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S. Waterloo at www.erbgood.com
