I have a wonderful memory of Jackie when we went on a mini road trip, sightseeing with Brian around the Kitchener/Waterloo area. It was a really cold day and at our last stop, we decided to stay in the car while Brian had a walkabout. He didn’t realise that he had locked us in the car by mistake (so he says !) but actually we had a pretty enjoyable time and quite a laugh !
I have only had the opportunity to meet Jackie on a few occasions but time enough to know her as an intelligent, funny, elegant and beautiful woman, mum and grandma. I wish I had been able to spend more time in her company.
