Ron’s Life and legacy was built around serving his family, church, and community. Born in his Grandparent’s farm house on Erb’s Street in St. Agatha, he continued to live his wonderful life in the village, also known as “Dietrichville”. His passion for hunting, fishing, gardening, cooking and volunteering, created many opportunities for him to share his genuine hospitality and love with others. He will be remembered by his infectious smile, unwavering kindness, devoted faith life, unfailing commitment to the ringing of the steeple bells and his strong work ethic as he “whistled” the day away.

Special thanks to Dr. Janet Zettel, the many practitioners and care partners on the palliative team, as well as, the exceptional nurses and support staff at Waterloo Hospice.
