Lorna Kennedy

Passed away peacefully on August 15, 2024 at St. Andrew’s Terrace at the age of 81.

Survived by her loving children Anthony (Joanne), Michael (Shelley), and Peter (Alison), and by her cherished grandchildren Regan, Nolan and Owen.Predeceased by her beloved husband James and by her daughter Angela.

Lorna was a member of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Parish but was unable to attend the last years of her life due to illness. Lorna will be remembered as being a bus driver for 40 years. She loved being able to meet new people over the years. Lorna was also an animal lover. She would always stop to say hi to animals and pet dogs and cats that she would meet whenever they would walk by.

Special thanks to all the staff at St. Andrew’s Terrace for their loving care and compassion to our Mum during her time there.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, August 23^rd, 2024 from 11am – 1pm. The funeral service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 1pm. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery.
