Dear Mikayla and Jean,
I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss.
To me, James was extraordinary - he was funny, warm, and wonderfully unorthodox in the most charming ways. He had a unique gift for making people feel genuinely seen and valued, and I feel incredibly fortunate and blessed to have had him as a guide in my life. At first, he refused to see me as a client. He explained he was more interested in pursuing writing and music than taking on new clients. Furthermore, he said he could save me a ton of money and both of us a ton of time if l just sat still and listened inward. That the more to life l was looking for was actually less. Nonetheless, l managed to convince him to see me, and l am so glad he did.
His insight, humour, and kindness made such a difference to me, and I am sure he impacted so many others just as profoundly.
Please know how much he meant to me and how deeply he will be missed. My heart goes out to you both in this challenging period. I hope that, in time, the love and laughter he brought into your lives will be a source of comfort and strength.
