Obituary of Helen Annie Pommer (nee Loos)
It is with great sadness that Helen passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Lanark Heights Long Term Care, Kitchener.
The family celebrated her 90th birthday for which she was so happy and for which we were so very blessed to share with her.
Cherished wife of the late W. Laverne Pommer (2009). Dearly loved mother of Lynda (Howard) McCutcheon and Alan (Dawn) Pommer. The best loved grandma to Candace, Catheryne (Antoine Trabulsi), Nathan (Samantha) McCutcheon and Crystal Jolly (Pommer). Cherished great-grandma to Addison and Shadyn Jolly, Sierra and Nash McCutcheon, Apollo Trabulsi, and step great-granddaughter Savannah Trabulsi. Also survived by her sister-in-law Leona Koehler and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Irene and Norman Loos and brother Frederick Loos.
Mom worked outside of the home doing hair dressing until Lynda came along and then did hair at home for many years as we were growing up.
Thanks to Lanark Heights for their excellent care of Mom.
