Henk passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 96^th year.

Reunited with Ann Vander Loo+, Henk’s loving wife of 59 years. Dearly loved dad of Henry and Ann, Sylvia and Art+ Rossel, Jeanette and Gord Chapman, Frances and Walt Pavao, Quentin+, Michael and Kimberly, Karen and Jim Hakkers, Annette and Greg Hewett, Frank and Evonne, and Dave and Tara. Opa to 29 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. Henk is survived by his sisters Sya Dykstra and Truus Hofland.

Predeceased by four brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law Klaas Dykstra, Wim Hofland, Piet and Adry VanHuizen, Wim and Annie VanHuizen.

Visitation at Fairview Mennonite Home, 515 Langs Dr., Cambridge, on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery.
