I worked with Barb for several years and she was always such a warm spirit. Her laugh was infectious and she was always so welcoming to anyone. Thinking of Barb and her family.
I was very lucky to have worked with Barb for many years at Manulife. She was a bastion of of knowledge to a young and inexperienced underwriter and was always generous with her time. For years I requested that I sit in the back row with Barb and Kaiser at Manulife simply because they were great people! My condolences to Allison and all of Barbs family. Barb will be greatly missed.
I worked with Barb for many years at Manulife. I am just one of many lucky individuals who Barb has mentored over the years. She was an amazing woman and I miss her. My heart goes out to her family during this time.
To Allison & the Kolberg Family...Our deepest sympathy goes out to you with the loss of Barb. She was part of the extended family we formed when we moved onto Collingwood Ave. in Byron in 1965. We have so many wonderful memories. We will be thinking of you over this Christmas season.

I had the good fortune to work with Barb at Manulife, where listening to her position decisions and build relationships with advisors was always a masterclass in the art of underwriting. She was exceedingly kind to me throughout my career, and it was my great privilege to know her. Wishing her family peace and comfort during this difficult time.
What a lovely picture of an amazing lady. I had the pleasure of working with Barb at Manulife. She was such a wonderful and kind person and wow she would make me laugh! And her love and commitment to Ally and her grandchildren was endless, she was so proud! The world has lost such a bright light!
