Passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital on December 16, 2024, at the age of 96. She is now reunited with her loving husband and best friend Milton Kuhn in God's Heavenly Home. Milton predeceased (2013) after being married for 64 years.
Marjorie was the daughter of the late Ervin Clemmer and the former Maryann Martin and was born in the Waterloo Township. Devoted mother to Brian Kuhn (Alice), Wayne Kuhn (Suzanne) and Colleen Allenson (Dave). Loving Grandmother of Jeff Kuhn (Carie), Jennifer Kawase (Ike), Robert Kuhn, Steven Kuhn (Laura), Jim Barlow (Emily) and (Brian Gomes). Loving Great-Grandmother of Hayley, Benjamin, Michael, Nicholas and Jackson Kuhn, Cameron and Jenna Kawase, Aidan and Mikayla Kuhn, Chase Kuhn and Blakely, Parker, and Maddox Barlow. Predeceased by her granddaughter Julie Barlow Gomes (2022).
Marjorie will be fondly remembered by her sister Beatrice Baumbach (Bill). Predeceased by her brother Elmer Clemmer, and her sisters Gladys Melynchuk and Wilma Gingrich. She will also be fondly remembered by members of the Kuhn family. Dorothy Delong, Rita Mueller, Norma (Jim) Moore and her many nieces and nephews.
Marjorie was a lifetime, active member of Erb Street Mennonite Church. During her later years she enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and Word Search. She enjoyed baking muffins and making apple crisp. She was blessed with a strong faith in God.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm. A private family interment will be held at the Erb St. Mennonite Cemetery. The Celebration of Marjorie's life and faith will take place at Erb St. Mennonite Church, 131 Erb St, W., Waterloo on Friday, December 20, at 2pm. Reception will follow in the church hall. For those who are unable to attend in person, a livestream link of the service will be available on Marjorie's tribute page.
