Obituary of Clifford Jermy

Passed away peacefully at his home in Waterloo on October 15, 2011. Born in Hamilton on March 10, 1932, Cliff was the last surviving member of his family. Cliff was predeceased by his parents, Hebert and Martha (nee Bird), two brothers, Russell and Wesley (Aileen), four sisters, Edna Bowyer (Harry), Evelyn Cooper (Norm), Marj Fethers (Robert) and Thelma Patrick (Stan). Beloved husband of Kathryn (nee Pfeiffer). Cherished father of Randall of Waterloo and Cynthia "Bink" (Heather Bain) of Toronto. Dear brother-in-law of Connie Smith and Eileen Pfeiffer. Cliff will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews and faithful dog Pucci. A dedicated family man and provider, his biggest joy in life was his family. Cliff worked as a Technical Manager in the Textile Division at Uniroyal for many years. Following Cliff's wishes, cremation and interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo has taken place. A memorial reception to celebrate Cliff's life will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, October 22 from 5 - 7 p.m. Sincere thanks to Care Partner nurses Jan and Mary Ann and to Cliff's personal care provider Mac for their compassionate care and guidance.
