Dear Carrie and Family I had the pleasure of meeting Judy when I discovered her father Don Stuart was a World War 2 veteran. I was introduced to Don through my friend Carol who used to read to Don. Carol and I visited Don on many occasions and Judy was there most of the time. She was a lovely daughter and a great support for her dad who loved her dearly. My heart goes out to the family at this time. When I am standing tall at the Remembrance Day Ceremonies this year, I will not only be thinking of my dad, but Judy's dad (Don Stuart) and Judy Stuart who like myself was also a proud daughter of a World War 2 veteran. Carrie, on behalf of my brother Mark and I, our most deepest sympathies to you and your family on the loss of your sister Judy. As teenagers, we will always remember "Wilma's" laugh and giggles and her bountiful energy, but mostly her kindness and all round character. We shared many many fun times back in those days and will carry those thoughts with us always.
