Obituary of Gladys Quast

QUAST, Gladys Passed away at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at age 91. Beloved wife of the late Earl Quast; loved mother of Margaret (Bruce) Litwiller of Peterborough and Beverly Dickson of Waterloo; loving grandmother of Sheri (Paul) Morrison, Rob (Julie) Litwiller, Robin (Tony) Witt, and Mark (Vanessa) Dickson and great-grandmother of Jordan and JonathanWitt, Maggie and Hannah Litwiller, Brandon and Emily Morrison, and Veronica Dickson; dear sister of Hilbert (Doris) Kummer and Audrey Siebert. Predeceased by a son-in-law Edward Dickson, seven sisters and four brothers. Gladys was a long time member of St. Paul's (Bridgeport) Lutheran Church and was employed at Maple Lane Dairy Bar for many years. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Gladys' life and faith will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 544 Bridgeport Rd. E., Kitchener on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Gloria Ryder officiating. A reception will immediately follow at the church. Interment in Memory Gardens, Breslau.
