Obituary of Shirley Hergott

Passed away peacefully at A. R Goudie Eventide Home, Kitchener, on Friday, November, 25, 2011 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Edwin A. Hergott for 60 years. Loving mother of Gary (Marlene), Mike (Linda), Rick (Joyce), Doug (Joan), and Linda (Michael) Bignell; loving grandmother of Chris (Andrea), Melinda (Jamie) Janzen, Scott, Tim, Sarah, Jonathan, Wes (Valerie), Matt (Katie) and Danyale (James) Carnahan. Great-grandmother of Emma, Alyssa, William, Lydia and Aubree. She is survived by sister Dolores (Frank) Steffler and brother-in-law Don Frank of Florida. Predeceased by her parents, John and Mary Ann Dorscht, sister Mary Ann Frank, and brother Wilfred Dorscht. Friends are invited to share their memories of Shirley with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday November 28, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers will be offered at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Louis RC Church, 53 Allen St. E. Waterloo, on Tuesday November 29, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Christopher Buda as celebrant. A reception will immediately follow in the parish hall. Interment in St. Clement's Cemetery, St. Clements.
