Obituary of Irena Dupuis

1915 - 2011 Passed away peacefully at Pinehaven Retirement Home, Waterloo on Friday December 2, 2011, 96 years of age. Loving mother and best friend of Jeanne and her husband Dr. Jack Bishop. Cherished grandmother of Michael and his wife Jacqueline Bishop and devoted great-grandmother of Natalie and Sarah. Irena will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husbands Gabriel Verstichelen and Edgar Dupuis, son Gabriel Jr. and sister of Arthur, Andy, William and Maria. At Irena's request there will be no visitation/service. To celebrate Irena's Life a memorial reception will be held at the Waterloo Inn Conference Hotel, 475 King Street North, Waterloo on Sunday December 11, 2011 from 2 to 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Humane Society Kitchener-Waterloo by contacting the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
