Christopher, Bev and Michael - your families and all of Elaine's siblings - My sincere condolences - I was so sad to hear that Elaine had passed away. Her joy of life, sense of humour and her kindness were larger than life, and somehow I thought 'forever"...She will be missed.

Dear Christopher, Beverly and Michael. I was so very sad to hear of the passing of your Mom, Elaine. I have so many great memories of our time on Riverland Drive in Michigan and your Mom’s sweet face makes me smile every time I think of her. She was always so kind to me and made me feel so welcomed. I’m sure her genuine warmth and contagious humor had that effect on every one in her life. She and your Dad were such a great friends to my Mom (Chic) and Dad (Paul). Never since have they enjoyed the camaraderie and connection felt by that very special group of families on Riverland Drive…the Jarsons, the Bawkons, the Rogers, etc. Even though I was only 5 or 6 at the time, I can still picture us kids running through sprinklers on the front lawn, hours and hours of playing at each other’s houses, learning to ride bikes and just giggling like mad in the afternoon sun. I’m wishing for your Mom that Heaven is a little like that and I know she will be warmly welcomed into that joyful place. With much love and in deepest sympathy, Kelly DesRoches
