Obituary of Grace Peterson

Grace Peterson (nee MacDonald) 1921-2011 Passed away peacefully at Sunnyside Home on Saturday December 17, 2011 at the age of 90. Loving wife of Paul; Cherished Mother of Don(Lynne). Will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Adam Peterson, Josh Ohagan and Richard Ohagan and brother John James Jr. Predeceased by her daughter Catherine Anne Peterson-Ohagan, parents John James and Katherine MacDonald and four brothers. Grace and Paul served as missionaries in India for 3 years. Grace was a longtime volunteer at the KW Hospital and was a charter member of the United Church Women. She enjoyed painting and was a member of the trillium porcelain painters. Friends are invited to share their memories of Grace with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday December 19th from 7-9 p.m. The memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday December 20th, 2011 at 11a.m. with Rev. Rick Burgess officiating. A reception will follow in the Historic Kuntz house of the funeral home. Cremation has taken place.
