Obituary of Basil Latimer

Born in Bournemouth, England Basil will be missed by his family, his dear wife Donna and her daughters, Karen (Paul) and Karol (Bruce); his children Tony (Lynette), Roy (Carol), David (Fran), Philip and Janet. Basil was the proud grandfather of Lianne (Steve), Tracey (Mark), Paul (Julie), Jeff (Brandy) Audra (Sanu), Daniel (Elyse), Christine and Jane. He also had five great-granddaughters, Erin (Scott), Jessie, Emily, Callie and Olivia. Basil was predeceased by Ruth, his previous wife of over 40 years. A creative, dignified and spiritual man, he will always be fondly remembered for his positive outlook on life and his sense of humour. A Memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 355 Gage Avenue, Kitchener, on Saturday December 31, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society may be arranged through the Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.
