Obituary of Vivian Dhanessur

DHANESSUR, Vivian Hermonie (nee Boodram) (Aunty Monie) Passed away at Freeport Hospital on December 27, 2011 at the age of 76. Vivian was born on September 1, 1935 in Port Mourant, Guyana and has resided in Waterloo for the last 27 years. Vivian was one of ten children born to Tommy and Caroline Boodram. Vivian's siblings include Evadney Ramsoondar, Angela Boodram (deceased), Ena Surjubali, Hilton Boodram (deceased), Rondolph Boodram (deceased), Thelma Reddi (Patsy), Agnes Sukhdeo (deceased) and Sandra Azeez. Vivian is survived by her four children, Shyama Shahid, Vennetha Seergobin, Kent Ramlakhan and Derick Ramlakhan. Vivian was predeceased by her husband in 1994 and leaves behind five grandchildren (Affee, Afena, Mary, David and Katherina), and three great grandchildren (Noa, Hana and Adam) Friends are invited to share their memories of Vivian with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, (today) December 29, 2011 from 6-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 685 Highpoint Avenue, Waterloo on Friday, December 30 at 10:00 am with Rev. Canon Robin Lyons officiating.
