Obituary of Sheila St. Amour

Passed away with her family by her side, on January 7, 2012, at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Gerald St.Amour, loving mother of Patricia Kress, Michelle Gaertner (Darren Coulter), Jennifer Porter (Paul), Guy St.Amour, and Jeff St.Amour (Linda). Loved Mother-in-law of Terry Kress. Cherished grandmother (Oma) to Kim Kress, Kevin Gaertner (Erica), Terry Kress Jr. (Cathy), Veronica Sas (Dean) of Cranford, N.J., Sherry Porter (Matt Bott) and Chris Porter (Alisa) of Seattle, Wash. Adored Great-Grandmother to Lee-Andrea Kress, Jade Cressman, Josh Gaertner, Victoria Kress, Jay-Lynn Kress, Alex Sas and Elaine Sas. Dear sister of Catherine Downey of Sudbury, Nora Brewster of North Bay, Martin Young (Danielle) of Toronto, Dennis Young of Sudbury, John Young (Carol) of Shelbrook, Sask., Colleen Palmer (Mike) of Hartley Bay, Keith Daniels (Darleen) of Glenburnie and Ray Ethier (Debbie) of Kemptville. Predeceased by her adored Granddaughter Monique St.Amour, brothers George Young, Norman Young and sister June Schultz and brothers-in-law Gord Schultz, Paul Downey and Jack Brewster and sister-in-law Jean Bennett. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and anyone who knew her. Friends are invited to share their memories of Sheila with her family during visitation at the Erb& Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday January 13, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. The Memorial Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 2 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
