Obituary of Arthur Spafford

At 90, Art passed away peacefully on January 11, 2012 at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener. Art will be deeply missed by his children, Craig (Linda), John, and Marlee (Karen), and his grandchildren, Jenn and Kristin. He is predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Lorraine (Tillett), his parents, Claude and Jennie (Mallory), and his brothers, Gerald and Russell. Art was an electrical contractor and an accomplished home craftsman. He was a man large in height, humour and heart. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Art's life at the Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo; visitation will occur January 15, 2012 from 2 to 4pm and a memorial service will take place January 16, 2012 at 11:00am, with reception to follow at the funeral home.
