Obituary of Ludwig Seiler

Ludwig went home with open arms on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 to be with Jesus and warmly welcomed by Hilde, his beloved wife of 55 years (December 13, 2011) Loving father of Monica Ross (Robert), Linda Bennett (Michael), Sylvia Meadus (Paul), and Anita Callan (Steve). Loved Opa to Jason (Dana), Jonathan, Angela (Alan), Daniel, Dustin, Christian, Nathaniel, Carrie (Nick), Hollie (Trevor), Jenna, Jessica, Kyle and Gros-Opa to Trystan, Benjamin, and Abigail. Dear brother of Michael, Tini, and Matthias. Predeceased by a brother Siegfried and a sister Anni. Ludwig was a member of the Schwaben Club for over 50 years and was an elder of the Christian Fellowship Church in Waterloo. He was an employee of George Guenzler & Son for over 50 years. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 11a.m. with Pastor Mike Rattee and Pastor Kurt Fischer officiating. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo will be followed by a reception at the funeral home.
