Obituary of Doris Zurbrigg

Passed away peacefully on February 8, 2012, with her beloved husband Frank of 65 years by her side, at the age of 88. Loved mother of Rosemary (Wayne) Davison, Joan Bowden (Bob McMullen), and Evelyn Zurbrigg. Cherished grandma of Michael and Andrew Bowden. She will be sadly missed by her sister Mildred (George) Caldwell and family, Shirley (David) Howes and family, and sister-in-law Lois Geil. Predeceased by her brothers Ralph and Emerson Geil. Doris was actively involved in her church, charities, and social groups. She put her whole heart into music, dancing, and teaching. The service to celebrate the life of Doris will be held in the chapel of the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 2 p.m. Following the service friends are invited to share their memories of Doris with her family during a reception.
