Obituary of Helen Dunat

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Helen on Friday, February 24, 2012 at her residence, age 63. Beloved daughter of Steve and Helen Hornyak. Loving mother of Teresa Dunat-Banks and her husband Chris, and Curtis Dunat and his wife Laura. Beloved grandmother of Hannah and Noah Banks and Alexandra and Curtis Dunat. Will be sadly missed by her brother Stephen Hornyak and his wife Eva, and their children Stephanie Borho and Douglas Hornyak. Helen has been employed with the Waterloo Catholic District School Board for many years as an educational assistant. Helen's family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home, a reception to follow. Private cremation to follow. Private interment Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
