Obituary of Florence Phillips

Died peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at the age of 87. Mother of Michael (Donna), Robert (Marybeth) and Barbara Szasz (Rick). Loving grandmother of Laurie (Marcos) Kroeker, Scott (Melissa) Phillips, Amanda and Kathryn Phillips and Richard and Daniel Szasz. Proud great-grandmother of Isaak and Logan Kroeker. Florence was predeceased by her loving husband of 53 years, Michael John (Jack) in 1997 and granddaughter Megan in 1982. She was the last surviving member of her family. Relatives and friends are invited to share memories of Florence during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, March 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Church of the Holy Saviour, 33 Allen St. E., Waterloo on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. with The Venerable Peter T. Townshend officiating. A reception will immediately follow in the Parish Hall. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
