Obituary of Joseph Le Blanc

Died, peacefully, on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at Grand River Hospital at age 95. Beloved Husband of the late Laura Le Blanc (2005); dear father of Alfred J. Le Blanc and his wife Doris, Theresa Schwartz and her husband David, Lorraine Hagerman and her husband Paul. Loving grandfather of Pauline and her husband Norman, Chad, Craig and his wife Robin, Jeff and his wife Shannon, Jada, Jason and Ashley, Darlene, Brian and his wife Karen. Great Grandfather of Jessica, Hayden, Christian, Nicholas, Jillian, Brooklen, Jackson and Jenna,. Predeceased by his parents and two grandsons Stephen and Daren. Alfie was a merchant marine serving on the Acadia based out of Pictou, Nova Scotia. Friends are invited to share their memories of Joseph with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Sunday March 11,2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where parish prayers will be offered at 8:45 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate the life of Alfie will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 at 11a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Wojciech Kuzma as Celebrant. A reception will follow in the Fireside Reception room.
