Obituary of Chi Phan

Passed away, following a lengthy illness, on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at the age of 50 years. Survived by his beloved wife, Kim and his three cherished daughters, Linh, Cathy and Lisa Phan. Friends are invited to share their memories of Chi with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, March 30, 2012 from 6-9 pm and Saturday, March 31 from 6-9 pm. A procession to Williamsburg Cemetery, 1541 Fischer Hallman Road, Kitchener will begin at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Sunday, April 1 at 1:00 pm. Cremation will follow.
