Obituary of Mary Ellen Wagner

Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Lanark Heights Long Term Care, Kitchener, on April 11, 2012 at the age of 62. Mary Ellen is survived by her daughter Tara Wagner (Gino Salvadori), step mother Kay Smith, Aunt Elaine Chapman and will be deeply missed by her extended family and friends. Predeceased by her husband Dwight Wagner and parents Fred and Monica Smith. Mary Ellen enjoyed travelling, including her cruise to Alaska within the past few years. She spent her time reading, crocheting and her favorite was listening to music by Neil Diamond. Mary Ellen was a Ranger Leader in the Waterloo Region for the Girl Guides of Canada for many years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary Ellen with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home on Sunday April 15, 2012 from 3-5 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Monday April 16, 2012 at 1p.m. with Rev. Dr. Bill Steadman officiating. A reception will follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
