Obituary of Mildred Volz

Passed into eternity to be with Jesus on Thursday, April 12, 2012, at age 90. Beloved wife of Ivan for 67 years; loved mother of Paul and Nancy Volz; loving grandmother of Jennifer Volz and Chris Shabatura and Candace and Nic Pascoe; great-grandmother of Avery and Vincent; dear sister of Florence Wells, Shirley McDonald, Elaine Kingsley, Lorne, Mervyn (Joanne), and Gerald (Theresa) and sister-in-law of Oleada and Helen. Predeceased by a sister Ruth McArthur and her husband Jack, by brothers Eldon and Howard and brothers-in-law, Lorne Wells, Jack McDonald and Al Kingsley. The funeral service to celebrate Mildred's life and faith will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 825 King St. W., Kitchener, on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Nancy Kelly officiating. A reception will follow in the church. A private graveside committal will take place prior to the service.
