Obituary of Dorothy Dalton

Passed away peacefully on April 18, 2012, at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener. Beloved wife of Benjamin for 57 years and loving mother to Susan and Devin. Dear sister of Helen Brady, Elsebeth (George) Black, Gladys Romilly, George (Sandra) Sinnicks and sister-in-law Marion Jacklin. Formerly of Niagara Falls, she is predeceased by her parents Bertram and Rose Sinnicks and brothers-in-law Elliot Brady, Frederick Romilly and James Jacklin. Dorothy is remembered with warm affection by her extended family of nieces, nephews and friends. She will be missed by all her friends at All Saints' Anglican Church where she has been an active and founding member since 1957. Visitation at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday, April 26 from 7-9 p.m., and Friday, April 27 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at All Saints' Anglican Church, 685 Highpoint Avenue at Northfield Drive, Waterloo, on Saturday, April 28 at 2 p.m., with a reception to follow in the parish hall. Condolences for the family and donations to the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre may be arranged through the funeral home at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445. The family would like to extend a special thank-you to all the staff in the ICU and on the 5th floor at St. Mary's General Hospital, for your kind and compassionate care.
