Obituary of Gerald Curry

Passed away peacefully at Forest Heights Long Term Care, Kitchener on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Doris for 66 years. Father to Chris and his wife Steph Curry and Sue and her husband John Wright. Papa to Melanie Wright, Sarah and her husband Jason Kokoski, Amy Wright, Dustin Curry and Jordan Curry. Great Papa to Madeleine and Owen Kokoski. Larry is survived by his brother Harold and his wife Beth Curry of Halifax Nova Scotia and brother-in-law Eric and his wife Gill Blomfield of Dawlish, Devon England. Larry is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews. Larry was born in Windsor Nova Scotia on August 18, 1920 to the late Joseph and Jessie Curry. Larry joined the RCAF during World War II and he served overseas, he later trained pilots at various RCAF stations across Canada. A memorial visiting will be held on Saturday April 28th from 11am -12pm. The memorial service will than take place at 12pm in the chapel of the funeral home with a reception at the funeral home following immediately.
