Obituary of Hubert Faulhammer

FAULHAMMER, Hubert passed away suddenly on Friday, May 4, 2012, at age 85. Hubert is survived by his wife, Hermine Faulhammer, his children, Rosemarie Borths and Robert Faulhammer, his son-in-law, Ulrich, and his daughter-in-law, Ingrid, all of Kitchener-Waterloo. He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren (Sebastian, Katie, Max, Danika, and Katiana). Hubert was born in 1927 in the Sudetenland, and following a career at Krupp in Germany, he was transferred to Ardelt Industries in Kitchener in 1957. After working at Ardelt/CMC and at the University of Waterloo, Hubert was employed by Kramer + Grebe in Waterloo from 1974 until his retirement in 1989. Friends will be received at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Monday, May 7, from 7:00PM until 9:00PM. A funeral service will be held at 2PM on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 in the funeral home chapel.
