Obituary of Barrie Conrod

Passed away tragically, as the result of an accident doing something he loved, cycling with his loving wife, on Sunday, May 6, 2012. Barrie is survived and much loved by his wife and soul-mate Heather Caron, his children Lindsay, Nicole and Evan. He was predeceased by his parents Barbara and Eric Conrod. Barrie was an active cyclist, a reluctant runner, and had a passion for sports, especially baseball and hockey. He will always be remembered as one who was positive, happy, loving and loyal. He will be missed by his family and many friends. Visitation will be at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 6- 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, May 11 at 4:00 pm. Reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. Cremation and a private family interment will follow at a later date.
