Obituary of Evelyn Dever

Dever, Evelyn Martha Passed away at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Saturday May 19, 2012. Evelyn was born on January 28, 1924 in Kirkland Lake to David and Beatrice Kingston. She is survived by her daughter Linda Marilyn. She was predeceased by her parents, her step mother Edith and by her beloved " Danny" Keith. Evelyn was the eldest of seven girls, Lillian ( Ray ) Marsden of St. Catherines, Doreen Davey (Deceased) of Toronto, Jean McChesney of Toronto, Carmel Slade of Toronto, Yvonne (John ) Foster of Burlington and Noni ( Mac ) Hamilton of New Liskeard. She is also survived by her in laws Ross Doughty, of Wayne Pennsylvania and Evelyn Dever of Glen Avon, Saskatchewan. She was raised in Red Lake, Ontario. During her married life she and Danny lived in Summerside PEI, Sudbury, Kirkland Lake, Virginiatown, South Porcupine and Peterborough. She settled in the K-W area with her daughter in 1973. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will take place in Peachland B.C.
