Obituary of Sylvia Harron
It is with deep sorrow that the family of Sylvia announces her passing at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener, on Monday, May 21, 2012, with family by her side. She was 73.
Survived by daughters Brenda Bender (Stephen), and Wendy Basse (Mark). Cherished Grandmother to Jennifer (Jessey), Heather, Ryan (Chelsea) and Great-Grandmother to Joshua, Philip, Zachary, and Connor all of Kitchener-Waterloo. Loving sister of Glynda Moore of Trenton and sister in law to Orval Harron of Toronto and Betty Harron of Shelburne and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband Murray Harron (2003) parents Walter and Grace Herring (nee Bicknell), and siblings Douglas, Dwight, Tom, Mona, Beryl, and brothers in law Jack and Don.
Sylvia retired from Prime Bar-b-q restaurant as a waitress. Sylvia enjoyed spending her time at the trailer at Country Gardens. Sylvia's family was her life. Any moment that Sylvia could, she would spend it with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Sylvia with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday May 24, 2012 from 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday May 25, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. A reception will immediately follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
Interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau.
She will be forever remembered by her family and friends.
