Obituary of Jeffrey Smith

Passed away peacefully at Freeport Hospital on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at age 46. Beloved partner of Anita Gallant; loved father of Tamara Johnson; dear son of Shirley Caudle (Norman); brother of Sherry Lichty (Bob) and Bob Smith (Kim); and step-brother of Phillip Caudle (Margaret), Peter Caudle (Leanne) and Patty Bowman (Cliff). Predeceased by his father Roger Smith (1990). Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 10 a.m. until the memorial service at 11.
