Obituary of Joe Brenner

After a long and courageous struggle, Joe passed away peacefully at Forest Heights Long-Term Care Centre on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Gloria (nee Baumbach) for 21 years. Dear father of Beverly McMullen (Murray), Dennis Brenner (Marilyn), Mary Jo Kasaboski (Greg), Linda Brenner, Susan Brenner (Don), Brad Brenner (Shelley), Joe Brenner (Laura), and Joanne Hayes; step-father of Mike Nahrgang (Wendy), Toni McIntee (Mark), Tim Nahrgang (Deb), Shelley Mallish (Rick), and Rob Nahrgang (Sheri); and son-in-law of Margaret Baumbach. Joe is lovingly remembered by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family. Predeceased by his mother, Bernice Lacasse in 2001. Relatives and friends are invited to share memories of Joe during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 1:00 - 2:45 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. Immediately afterwards, a reception will be held in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. Cremation with private family interment at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
