Obituary of Anne Koebel

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Anne Koebel on Saturday July 21, 2012 her 94th year. Anne was married to Hugo for 32 Years. He predeceased her in 1974. Much loved mother of Cheryl (Woody Dolan), Cam (Trudy), Marianne (Larry Keyko), Jennifer, Judy (Paul Monotiuk) and Hugh (Julie).Predeceased by her oldest son, Larry (Delores). Adored grandma to 17 grandchildren, and 19 great- grandchildren. Also remembered by her brother Oscar Lorentz (Rose) and sister-in-law Mary Lorentz. Predeceased by her infant grand-daughter Cindy and grandson Steven, her infant brother Joseph and infant sister Rita, her parents, Jacob Lorentz and Mary Boegel, her brothers John, Anthony, Clarence, Albert, Edward, (Scotty) Jerome and her sisters, Leona Voisin, Emily Hergott, Bernie Haffner, and Celeste Forwell. Anne has been a member of the CWL since 1941. The Koebel family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St.S., Waterloo from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with Parish Prayers at 7p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Louis R.C. Church, 53 Allen St., Waterloo on Wednesday, July 25 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Chris Buda C.R. as Celebrant. Interment in Parkview Cemetery for the family following a reception at the church.
