Obituary of Reta Westenhoefer

Westenhoefer, Reta Katherine (nee Hartwig) 1916-2012 Passed away peacefully at Columbia Forest Long Term Care, on Wednesday July 25, 2012 at the age of 96. Survived by her sons Thomas of Breslau and Douglas (Mary Lou) of Whitby; grandchildren Darrell (Donna) of Newton, Daniel of Maryhill, Dennis of Kitchener, and Jeff and Mark both of Whitby; several great-grandchildren, her sister Arlene Frank of Baden, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Charlie and Matilda Hartwig, her husband Albert Westenhoefer and her siblings Carl, Arno, Michael, Vernon and Clifford. Friends are invited to share their memories of Reta with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, Saturday July 28, 2012 from 11a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau. A reception will follow the burial in the Historic Kuntz House of the funeral home.
