Obituary of James Wolfe
Passed away peacefully, following a valiant struggle, at St. Mary's Hospital, on Thursday, September 06, 2012 at the age of 68 years.
Jim was predeceased by his beloved wife Susan (nee Hoyt) in 1993. He is survived by his two children, Kim (Bob) Hentges, Barry (Andrea, nee Huras) Wolfe, and his cherished five granddaughters Alanna and Bobbi-Sue Hentges, Krystal, Cassie and Courtney Wolfe. Jim is also survived by his sister Cheryl (Bob) Thomson, step-mother Marie Wolfe all of Paisley, his dear friend Grace Burnett and family, as well as numerous members of the Hoyt family.
Jim was born in Kitchener and was employed with B.F. Goodrich which then became Epton. For the past 15 years until his retirement in 2011 he was employed with Nartech Metals in Guelph.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Jim with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 7-9 pm and Sunday, September 9 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, September 10 at 11:00 am with Bishop William Huras officiating. Interment to follow, Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener. Reception to follow.
