Obituary of Arthur Skidmore

Passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Thursday October 11th, 2012, at Nithview Nursing Home in New Hamburg. Art was born on November 14th, 1934 in Stratford Ontario. He is survived by his loving wife Jean (nee Gibbons) of 55 years, his children Patricia, Arthur and his wife Susan. Two grandchildren Brendan and Lindsay, his sister-in-law Joanne Koch, Joanne's family Jennifer, Scott, Daniella and David Bell, his brother-in-law Ken Roberts. Predeceased by his sister JoyceRoberts and brother-in-law Harold Koch. The family wishes to acknowledge the care of the St. Mary's Hospital staff and the staff at Nithview Nursing Home for their care over the past fourteen months. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Sunday October 14th 7-9 p.m and on Monday October 15th, from 10-11am. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday October 15th at 11:00am. A reception will follow the service.
