Obituary of Joanne Lapp

Died peacefully, surrounded by family, on October 23, 2012 at Grand River Hospital. Joanne will be sadly missed by her son Tom, grandson Marty and his mom Rita Boudreau; brothers Tom (Donna), Danny (Patty), Michael (Theresa) and sister Susan Cressman (David), sisters-in-law Cathy Weiler, Florence Weiler, and Joan Dietrich (Keith). Predeceased by her husband Donald, son Robert. Brothers Gilbert and Patrick, sister Helen Spaetzel and Theresa Elzby and her parents Martin and Mary Weiler. Retired from Canada Trust, Joanne loved to sketch, oil paint, read and spend time with her little schnauzer Maggie. Joanne always felt blessed with her family, and friends. Special thanks to the staff at St. Mary's Hospital, the Grand River Hospital or Victoria Hospital (London) for the awesome care. Cremation has taken place and a memorial reception will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 3p.m. until 5p.m. at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S.
