Obituary of Edward Devlin

Devlin, Edward Campbell The family of Edward Campbell Devlin sadly announces the sudden death of Edward on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the age of 53. Eddy will be missed by his wife Sheila, daughters Kate, Alex and son Liam; stepdaughters Tanya and Andrea and grandchildren Nicholas, Matthew and Anna. Ed's mother Sarah "Sally" Devlin; sisters Annmarie (Mike), Yvonne (John), Helen, Teresa, his many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family of Scotland will all miss his love, compassion, sincerity and unconditional support. Ed was predeceased by his father Edward Devlin, and grandparents Mary and John Clark. He will always be remembered for his passion for music, and will be greatly missed by his fellow band member "Sound to Drive" and his many, many friends. Friends are invited to share their memories of Ed with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday October 28, 2012 from 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. where vigil prayers will be offered at 8:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Johns Roman Catholic Church, 85 Strange Street, Kitchener on Monday October 29, 2012 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Stephen Crowley as officiant. Reception to follow.
