Strasun, Valeria 1929-2012 Passed away at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on November 3, 2012. Valeria Strasun, loving wife of the late Haim Strasun. Dear mother of Olga George-Cosh and Silvian Strasun and his Gina. Loving Grandmother of David (Armina Ligaya) George-Cosh, Alex (Mihaela) Strasun, and Christian (Roxana) Strasun. Great Grandmother to Alexander and Monica Strasun. Predeceased by her parents Petre & Ana Moraru. Valeria was a member of St. John the Baptist Romanian Orthodox Church in Kitchener. Friends are invited to share their memories of Valeria with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Panachyda will be offered Monday evening at 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday November 6, 2012 at 11 a.m. with The Very Reverend Father Dumitru Ichim officiating. Interment to follow at Parkview Cemetery.
