Lois was one of the classiest and most elegant ladies I know. In her role as The President's wife, Lois was genuinely interested in others and would remember their stories and names years later. She was very helpful in her support of the fledgling university womeh's club, and a most gracious hostess at many of the social events. I sorely regret her passing.
