Schmitt, Frederick Clarence Passed away on Tuesday November 27, 2012 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital in his 83rd year. Survived by his loving wife Erma Schmitt (nee Giilck). Dear father of Sharon Loewen & her husband Frank of Waterloo, & Nancy Bester and husband Patrick of Elmira. Loving Grandfather of Melissa & Brandon Loewen, Lindsay & Leon Weber, Jennifer Hutter, Zachary Bester & Noah Bester. Dear Great Grandfather of Samantha Weber. Predeceased by his parents Clarence & Aleda Schmitt. Fred was retired after 39 years of service with B.F. Gooderich. He was a member of Northside Community Church. Friends are invited to share their memories of Fred with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday November 29, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday November 30, 2012 at 11 a.m. Reverend Vernon Trafford officiating. Reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room. Interment at Parkview Cemetery Waterloo.
