Obituary of Evelyn Willigar

Passed away on November 30, 2012 at her Waterloo residence in her 86th year. Evelyn H.D. Willigar (nee) Jenkins, Beloved wife of the late Kenneth R. Willigar (1996) and dear mother of the late Susan Jeremy (2012). Loving mother of Geraldine Ruttan, Wayne Willigar (Becky Black) & Kenneth T. Willigar. Remembered by her son-in-law Dave Jeremy. Cherished grandmother of Robert Ruttan , William Ruttan, Shannon (Amber) Ruttan, Richard Willigar, Susan (Blair) Willigar, David (Rebecca) Jeremy and Scott Jeremy. Great-Grandmother of Riley Ruttan, Rachel Ruttan, Chatelle Ruttan, Dustin Ruttan, Lincoln & Jackson Ruttan, Ricky Willigar, & Brandon Mendlerand Abigail Jeremy. Great Great Grandmother of Logan, Rayne, Dominic, Brooklyn, and Haley. Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Diane Willigar (1997).
