We were children together; our mothers were sisters so we shared a lot of wonderful memories. Then we grew up and our family dynamics changed but we laughed at ourselves and continued on. We became grandmothers, hardly able to explain where the years had gone but it didn't matter because we understood that our lives were different now. Jan had a wonderful sense of humour! She was a kind, unpretentious, gentle lady who loved her family. I will miss her. My sincere condolences to all her family. Love Lois

I have greatly valued Jan over the years that I have known her. She always was interested in what I was doing and I appreciated her many prayers. She could be trusted and very kind hearted. She deeply loved her family.

Jan was a regular patron at the library. She was such a kind and gentle person. Even when it was obvious that she was not feeling well, she was cheerful and always had a minute or two to chat. We will miss her and her beautiful smile!
